$7,500 flat · up to 5,000 records · two weeks

Your "dead" leads are a pile of money. I'll count it.

Every day your intake team marks leads do-not-call and did-not-qualify, and nobody ever checks their work. I built the AI system that checked: 1 in 3 was marked wrong, and working those leads again turned into signed cases and recovered revenue. The audit runs the same system on your last 12 months of dead leads and hands you the ranked call-back list. You already paid for these leads once.

The money on a $7,500 audit

Example: a shop generating 2,000 dead-marked leads a year:

Leads marked dead in the last 12 months2,000
Mismark rate at my last shop1 in 3
Leads worth a second call that you already paid for600+
The audit, the ranked list, and the fixes, flat$7,500

If your average signed case or closed deal is worth even $2,000, the list has to produce four to break even. At my last shop it produced far more than four. Your rate is your rate; the audit is how you find out, and either answer is worth knowing.

What actually happens, step by step

Days 1-2

Define "qualified" together

We sit down with your actual intake criteria: what makes a lead worth taking, in your words. The AI judges against your rules, not generic ones.

Days 3-4

Secure export

Your team exports the dead-marked leads and their notes, calls, or intake records. Everything runs under business AI accounts with the same data discipline I built inside a heavily regulated 300-person company. Your data, deleted from my side when we're done.

Week 1

The AI re-review

Every dead lead gets re-read against your criteria: the notes, the reason codes, the intake answers. Each one is scored: correctly dead, borderline, or mismarked and worth a call.

Week 2

Human spot-check

I personally verify a sample of every category before you see it, so the list you get has been checked by the machine and by me. No hallucinated hope on it.

Day 10

The hand-off

You get the ranked call-back list, the findings report with your real mismark rate, and the fix: which criteria and habits are causing the mismarking, so the leak closes going forward.

What you walk away with

The ranked call-back list

Every mismarked lead, ordered by how wrong the call was, with the reason it deserves another dial. Your closers take it from there.

Your real mismark rate

The findings report: how many, which intake reps, which reason codes, which lead sources. The number your gut has been arguing about, settled.

The leak, closed

The criteria and process fixes that stop the mismarking, so next year's leads don't need an audit.

A quote for the machine

If you want this running continuously instead of once, the report ends with a fixed price to build the always-on version, like the one running in production today.

Straight answers

Is our lead data safe with you?

It stays under business AI accounts that don't train on your data, access is limited to the audit, and everything is deleted from my side at delivery. I built the data-safety program at a 300-person regulated company; your leads get the same treatment.

What if our mismark rate is low?

Then you've learned your intake is tight, for $7,500, and the findings report still shows you which sources and reps to trust. In paperwork-heavy shops that outcome is rare, but it's a real one, and I'll report it honestly.

Will you call the leads too?

No. Your closers know your pitch; I find the money, you pick it up. If you don't have the capacity to work the list, that's a different conversation worth having on the call.
